KVLS Holds Annual Food Drive to Help End Senior Hunger in Osceola County

As the holiday season draws nearer, so does the urgency to ensure that those in need are cared for… specifically the seniors in the community. Often the last to reach out for help, the senior citizens in Osceola County can sometimes find the holiday season filled with loneliness, financial stress, and hunger, but the community can help!

Thankfully, organizations like the Osceola Council On Aging have a mission to end senior hunger, bring assistance and restoration to those in need, and to serve all generations in Osceola County.

The needs in our rapidly growing community are great, and so cooperation between organizations, businesses, and individuals has never been more imperative.

Draper Law Office has long believed in community, and those organizations that support those in need, so we want to help inform the community about an outstanding opportunity to be a part of supporting the Osceola Council On Aging in ending senior hunger. Kissimmee Valley Livestock Show’s Annual Holiday Food Drive is taking place through December 19th and it’s simple to help make a difference!

KVLS and the Osceola Council On Aging are asking for food donations like pasta, tomato sauce, peanut butter, rice, beans, soup, canned meats, canned fruits & vegetables, mac & cheese, cereal, and juice.

Donations can be dropped off at the Osceola County Fair office located at 1921 Kissimmee Valley Lane in Kissimmee (Osceola Heritage Park) Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

Draper Law Office is encouraging the community to be a part of ending senior hunger by joining with KVLS and the Osceola County Fair in their Annual Food Drive in support of the Osceola Council On Aging. Let’s come together and really make a difference in the community!
