Charles B. Draper
Charles B. Draper is the managing partner/shareholder of Draper Law Office, where he has been representing injured clients since 1984. His practice is devoted exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death involving car/truck/motorcycle/bicycle/pedestrian accidents, slip/fall accidents, pool/drowning accidents, hotel/theme park accidents and dog bites. Prior to 1984, Mr. Draper was associated with the firm of Magavern & Magavern in Buffalo, New York, where his practice was primarily devoted to plaintiff personal injury law. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Rollins College (1970) and his J.D. degree from State University of New York School of Law at Buffalo (1973). Under his leadership, Draper Law Office has been able to help thousands of injured clients put their lives back together.
He is well respected by his staff, as evidenced by the low turnover and number of employees with 15 plus years at the firm. His number one pet peeve is attorneys that do not return phone calls. As such, he has made it a firm priority that client calls be returned promptly. His dedication to ensuring that his staff treat all clients the way he would want his own family to be treated, has resulted in a successful firm with a high level of client satisfaction, that has stood the test of time. He is married to the love of his life, Retired Judge Carol Engel Draper. His leisure interests include golf, sport fishing, kayaking, white water rafting, as well as playing with and walking their 5 rescue dogs on the beach.
