Linda Gruszynski
Linda is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida. She focuses her practice primarily on family law matters such as dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution, child and spousal support, child custody and paternity. An unfortunate reality about domestic relations cases is that often they can, and do, lead to claims of domestic violence and the issuance of domestic violence or other injunctions from the Court. Linda has the ability to successfully represent her client through such cases, regardless of whether they have been victimized or have been accused of such violence.
After graduating from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia, Linda earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law while working full-time at a major downtown Atlanta labor and employment law firm which represented management. In law school, she was awarded the American Jurisprudence award in Agency and Partnership. After law school, Linda worked in the corporate office of companies in Georgia and Florida which managed long-term care homes. Upon relocating to Florida in 1998 to live near family, she practiced labor and employment law for approximately 10 years, representing management as well as employees. From her colleagues practicing family law, Linda realized her true strength and passion lay in helping individuals who are experiencing the profound turmoil of divorce and child custody disputes to understand their legal rights, make informed decisions regarding their family’s future and get through the legal process as efficiently as possible. She has remained focused on these goals for the last 13 years and affirms without hesitation that the passion has not faded.
Linda represents family law clients in multiple Circuits throughout the State of Florida and she has called Central Florida home for 20 years. She lives in the Longwood area, where she is active in her church and enjoys spending time with family.
